Welcome to the summer of 2024! Of course, that depends entirely on where you might be. For the Ceres team, many of us will be attending conferences internationally.

Below is a schedule of conferences we’ll either be attending and/or presenting:

Australia:

World Potato Congress Adelaide- June 23-26
The 12th World Potato Congress in Adelaide presents a unique opportunity to not only share knowledge and breakthroughs in innovation but also to enhance industry productivity and sustainability. Crucially, it serves as a platform to review business trends across the global supply chain. Moreover, the Congress will provide a high-level insight into global trade, emphasizing the transformation of agrifood systems to ensure food access for the world's most vulnerable populations. Anticipated to attract over 1000 delegates from around the world, the World Potato Congress 2024 promises an exciting and informative program covering all facets of the potato supply chain. Join us in Adelaide for a transformative experience that goes beyond borders and contributes to the global dialogue on sustainable agriculture and food security.

Global Food Forum Brisbane City - July 17
The Australian's 2024 Global Food Forum in partnership with Visy and supported by the Wall Street Journal will come to Brisbane for the first time on Wednesday 17 July, 2024. Join us for this year's Global Food Forum as we dive into the crucial issues that will shape the future of Australia’s $150 billion agribusiness and food sector and the new wave of investment, innovations and ag technologies revolutionising the industry. From booming interest by private equity and super funds in buying farmland and the emergence of a new generation of corporate and family farm businesses to global food trends to the emerging technologies and sustainable agricultural practices, the Global Food Forum will cover it all.

Cotton Conference Gold Coast - August 6-8
The Australian Cotton Conference is an experience not to be missed. The event will bring together new and experienced growers, agronomists and researchers, brands and marketers, students, supply chain partners and industry groups. Together we’ll look at the challenges and opportunities facing cotton, share and learn from one another and listen to some of the world’s best cotton experts – and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

LatAm:

Cherry Tech Santiago, Chile - June 27
CherryTech is the most important exclusive technical event on cherry production; bringing together more than a thousand attendees, 3 forums with recognized industry players and 3 masterclasses taught by specialists.

If you’ll be attending any of these, look us up so we can schedule a time to fill you in on our latest developments.
